Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer complaints according to the company's after-sales procedures and timely communicate with customers to feedback the handling results;
2. Assist the superior to deal with regional after-sales problems and follow up factory logistics issues;
3. Statistics, analysis and processing of after-sales forms and documents, and active return visits to customers to improve after-sales satisfaction.
Job requirements:
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, proficient in computer operation, with certain experience in civil service or customer service documentary work;
2. Work carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good communication skills and customer service awareness.
