灵感：迄今为止，地球上进行了无数次的地质运动式“干馏”——不同历史时期的生物质（如森林等）和动物昆虫，在火山爆发的熔岩中“无氧高温裂解”，为人类留下了天然气、石油和煤炭等地下宝藏资源。

 So far, the earth has been subjected to countless examples of geodynamic "dry distillation" --the "oxygen-free pyrolysis" of biomass (forests, etc.) and animals and insects in different historical periods, leaving the underground treasure of natural gas, oil and coal in the lava of volcanic

eruptions.

缘起：1984年，陆正明先生在上海环卫部门工作期间，接触到国际前沿科技情报，获悉 “干馏方式处理废物最彻底，可将垃圾中有机物转化成为可用资源和能源，具有一定的经济性，干馏获得的生成物，包括可燃气、木醋液和焦炭，干馏产物可以作为能源来加热整个系统，使之自持，可燃气可以发电 ”；1984-2004年，在上海和大连取得了干馏的原理性小试成功和工艺设计。 1996年，随国家环保部门组织的国内垃圾处理行业专家出国考察获悉，澳大利亚早在 1995年就立法严禁焚烧垃圾； 1997年，甘师俊先生提倡生物质能的研究和利用。因此，陆先生决意用无氧裂解替代焚烧和填埋的传统垃圾处理方式，并于 2011年进行了1:1的生活垃圾电加热(中频）干馏试验。2012年起，获得了“一种生物质干馏和发电系统”等发明专利。

 In 1984, Dr. Lu was working at an environmental science department in Shanghai. When learning the intelligence that carbonization technology might be able to produce the maximized useful resources out of waste, he decided to research on and experiment with the carbonizationbased waste treatment technology. In 2011, he succeed conducting carbonization-based anaerobic pyrolysis of household garbage. In the following 2012, he received the patent for “carbonizationbased electric power system”.
初创：2014年，与湖南周氏兄弟成功研发了“一种生活垃圾小型化连续式自加热卧式干馏机 ”，随即在长株潭地区发起成立“湘冠威”公司合伙创业。2015年，在益阳市安装日处理25吨的样机进行了半年中试运行，中科院直属环境监测站进行二噁英和生物炭的毒性检测之后，取得了中国环境科学学会第三方环境友好型设备的认证。2016年，为安化县日干馏处理120吨生活垃圾的样板工程提供专利设备和技术支持至今。

 In 2014, Dr. Lu developed the “lightweight self-heating carbonization machine” designed for household waste treatment with the support of Zhou brothers. In 2015, our first prototype was verified as “environment friendly” device by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in toxicity analysis of its reaction residual. Since 2016, the second-generation prototype has been functioning stably in

Anhua county.

推广：2017年起，藉由株洲市科技局完成省部级 评审推广之同时，适时调整 “湘冠威”专利设备供应商和技术支持运营商的发展战略，开始分别向中国北方市场、东南沿海市场、中西部市场以及海外市场布局推广应用，直接投资建设和主导运营“快速高温干馏处理城乡生活垃圾”项目。

 Since 2017, Gunawei has been boosting promotion campaigns in northern and southeastern China, aiming at fully implementing the “Fast Carbonization-based Household Waste Treatment”

project in a greater and more diverse scale.
