User Information and Password Security

You may only access your account using the password you set. Therefore, if your password is compromised for any reason, please contact the Website immediately. You shall not use any other person's Shengyitong ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of such ID, password or account. GuTon shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, images, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artistic works and computer code (collectively referred to as "Content") on the Website that are not uploaded by GuTon customers, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, are owned by, controlled by or licensed to GuTon, and are protected by trade dress law, copyright law, patent law, trademark law and various other intellectual property laws and anti-unfair competition laws.
