Terms of Service for GuTon (GuTon.VIP)
I. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of the Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
1.1 The ownership and operation rights of the GuTon Platform belong to Shenzhen Guotong Network Enterprise Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotong Network").
1.2 Guotong Network hereby specially reminds you to carefully read and abide by these GuTon Platform User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service"). These Terms of Service apply to your use of various functions, tools and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided on the GuTon Platform.
1.3 Guotong Network agrees to provide you with the Services in accordance with these Terms of Service and the relevant provisions formulated by Guotong Network for any specific service (referred to as the "Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network"), including but not limited to the terms of service for Guotong Network's series of products and the terms of service for Guotong Network Forum.
1.4 Prior to registering as a member of the GuTon Platform, you shall read all the contents of these Terms of Service in detail, especially the clauses that exempt or limit Guotong Network's liabilities or restrict your rights.
1.5 You must agree to all the contents of these Terms of Service and complete the entire registration process in accordance with the prompts. Your choice to agree to these Terms of Service indicates your voluntary commitment to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network. In the event of a dispute, you shall not raise a defense on the ground of not having carefully read these Terms of Service.
1.6 Guotong Network reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. In the event of any change to these Terms of Service, Guotong Network has the right to publish the updated contents on the webpage when necessary, and the changed contents shall immediately replace the original Terms of Service upon update. You shall timely log in to the relevant websites of Guotong Network to check and consciously abide by the latest version of the Terms of Service. If you disagree with the modified or supplemented contents, you may stop using the Services of Guotong Network, and Guotong Network shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity. Your continued use of the Services of Guotong Network shall be deemed as your acceptance of the modified or supplemented Terms of Service by Guotong Network.
2. User Registration
2.1 A User refers to an individual or legal entity that agrees to these Terms of Service and registers as a member of the GuTon Platform (hereinafter referred to as "you").
2.2 You undertake to provide true, accurate and legal registration information in accordance with the requirements of Guotong Network.
2.3 If you provide any untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated registration information, or Guotong Network has reasonable grounds to suspect the authenticity, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such information, Guotong Network has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service and refuse your use of the GuTon Platform in any form at present or in the future. If you register and use the GuTon Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant and represent that you have the right to bind such company or other legal entity by these Terms of Service.
2.4 "Your Information" includes any materials you provide to Guotong Network or any third party during registration, transaction or item listing, in any public information venue or via any email, including data, text, software, music, etc.
3. Service Content
3.1 The types and forms of Services provided by the GuTon Platform shall be determined by Guotong Network according to actual circumstances, including but not limited to information release, data display, and purchase or sale of tools/services.
3.2 To ensure a better user experience, Guotong Network is constantly changing and improving the Services. You authorize Guotong Network to add/delete relevant functions of the GuTon Platform or suspend/cease relevant Services of the GuTon Platform, and you agree that Guotong Network has the right to exercise the above rights without being liable to you or any third party. If you disagree with the adjustment of functions/Services, you may stop using the Services of the GuTon Platform. Your continued use of the Services of Guotong Network shall be deemed as your acceptance of the adjustment of functions/Services of the GuTon Platform.
3.3 In accordance with these Terms of Service and the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network, you are entitled to the right to use your account, which shall not be inherited, donated, transferred or leased.
3.4 Guotong Network only provides relevant network services; in addition, all internet access devices (such as computers, modems and other internet access equipment) and the required fees (such as telephone charges and internet fees paid for internet access) related to the relevant network services shall be borne by you alone.
3.5 Guotong Network shall make every effort to ensure your pleasant experience in using the Services of the GuTon Platform. However, Guotong Network cannot foresee any technical problems or other difficulties at any time. Such problems or difficulties may lead to data loss or other service interruptions. For this reason, you clearly understand and agree that you shall bear the risks of using the Services of Guotong Network on your own. The "Services" are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Guotong Network expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Guotong Network does not make any warranties for the following contents:
(i) The "Services" will meet your requirements;
(ii) The "Services" will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and free of errors;
(iii) The results that may be obtained by using the "Services" will be accurate or reliable;
(iv) The quality of any products, services, data or other materials you purchase or obtain through the "Services" will meet your expectations. Your decision to download or obtain any materials in any form through the use of the "Services" is at your sole discretion, and you shall bear the risks associated therewith. You shall be solely liable for any damage to your computer system or any data loss arising from your download of such materials. Any oral or written opinions or information you obtain from Guotong Network's service providers or through or from the "Services" shall not create any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.
3.6 You clearly understand and agree that Guotong Network shall not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (whether or not Guotong Network has been informed of the possibility of such damages):
(i) Use or failure to use the "Services";
(ii) Costs incurred in obtaining substitute goods and services arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, data, information or services through or from the "Services", or the receipt of any information or conclusion of any transaction through or from the "Services";
(iii) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission data or information;
(iv) Any statements made by a third party regarding the "Services" or acts in relation to the "Services";
(v) Any other matters related to the "Services" arising from any reason, including negligence.
4. Eligible Users of the Services
4.1 These Terms of Service are only available to natural persons, legal persons or other organizations that can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the relevant laws. Therefore, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the products/services of Guotong Network. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not use the Services of the GuTon Platform. Guotong Network may, in its sole discretion, refuse to provide Services to any eligible user at any time.
4.2 The "Services" shall not be provided to members whose qualifications have been temporarily or permanently terminated.
5. Service Fees
5.1 Guotong Network provides you with a variety of free and paid Services.
5.2 Guotong Network reserves the right to charge fees for the "Services" after notifying you in accordance with Clause 1. All taxes payable by you in connection with booth services, obtaining paid Services from Guotong Network or accessing Guotong Network's servers, as well as related hardware, software, communication, network services and other expenses shall be borne by you alone. Guotong Network reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or cease part or all of the "Services" by publishing a notice on the relevant websites of Guotong Network without issuing a written notice.
5.3 Guotong Network has the right to adjust the charging standards for the "Services" according to market changes, technological upgrades and other factors, and reserves the right to charge fees for the free service items provided to you. If you refuse to pay in accordance with the charging standards, you may stop using the Services of Guotong Network.
6. Service Activation, Interruption and Termination
6.1 You may register as a member of the GuTon Platform through the website (http://www.GuTon.com) and enjoy the corresponding Services upon payment of the relevant fees.
6.2 Guotong Network has the right to unilaterally decide to interrupt or terminate the provision of the Services under these Terms of Service to you in the event of any of the following circumstances:
6.2.1 You violate the provisions of these Terms of Service;
6.2.2 You violate the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network;
6.2.4 Your act of using the Services violates the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
6.3 In addition to the circumstances mentioned in Clause 6.2 above, Guotong Network reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services 12 hours after notifying you under special circumstances; if such special circumstances are force majeure events, Guotong Network may exercise the above right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services without prior notice to you. Your failure to raise an objection within 12 hours after the issuance of the notice shall be deemed as your agreement to Guotong Network's act, and Guotong Network shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses caused by the interruption or termination of all Services.
6.4 If it is necessary to suspend the network services due to system maintenance or upgrade, Guotong Network shall make an announcement in advance as much as possible, and shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity for any losses caused to other users or any third party thereby.
6.5 If the service interruption or termination is caused by your reasons, Guotong Network shall not be liable for refund, compensation or any other similar liabilities.
6.6 Guotong Network specially reminds you that you undertake and agree that Guotong Network has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the Services by way of prior or subsequent notice, and shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity for any losses caused to other users or any third party thereby.
7. Your Rights and Obligations
7.1 Upon the completion of the registration of your "GuTon Platform" account, you are entitled to the right to use the account.
7.2 You have the right to consult relevant issues through the contact information of the customer service department published by Guotong Network.
7.3 You have the right to participate in relevant activities organized by Guotong Network and enjoy relevant rights and interests in accordance with the activity rules.
7.4 You have the right to put forward rational opinions and suggestions to Guotong Network and to supervise the Services of Guotong Network in good faith.
7.5 As a member with membership qualification, you are entitled to member rights and interests.
7.6 Other rights enjoyed by you as expressly stated by Guotong Network in specific Services.
7.7 You shall not use the Services to endanger national security, disclose state secrets, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the state, society, collectives and citizens, or use the Services to create, copy and disseminate the following information:
7.7.1 Information inciting resistance to or sabotage of the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;
7.7.2 Information inciting the subversion of state power and the overthrow of the socialist system;
7.7.3 Information inciting national secession and undermining national unity;
7.7.4 Information inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
7.7.5 Information fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors and disturbing social order;
7.7.6 Information advocating feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror and instigating crimes;
7.7.7 Information openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or conducting other malicious attacks;
7.7.8 Information damaging the reputation of state organs;
7.7.9 Other information in violation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations.
7.8 You undertake that all information released by you complies with the relevant provisions of the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, especially the internet laws and regulations attached to these Terms of Service, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You shall not use the Services of the GuTon Platform to engage in the following activities:
7.8.1 Accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission;
7.8.2 Deleting, modifying or adding the functions of computer information networks without permission;
7.8.3 Deleting, modifying or adding the data and application programs stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
7.8.4 Intentionally creating and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
7.8.5 Other acts endangering the security of computer information networks;
7.8.6 Interfering with the network services of Guotong Network in any way.
7.9 You warrant the integrity and legality of the copyright of all information released by you, and that you are the copyright holder or have obtained the consent of the copyright holder; if you breach the aforesaid warranty, Guotong Network has the right to delete such non-compliant information and may suspend or terminate the Services.
7.10 You warrant that "Your Information" and any "Items" (referring to any specific tangible or intangible items, rights or interests, bills or securities, services or acts that can be traded in accordance with the law) published by you on the website of Guotong Network:
7.10.1 Contain no fraudulent elements and are unrelated to the sale of counterfeit or stolen goods;
7.10.2 Do not infringe upon any real right, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or the right to privacy, reputation right or any other rights of a third party in respect of such Items;
7.10.3 Do not violate any laws, regulations, rules or provisions (including but not limited to the laws, regulations, rules or provisions governing export control, trade quotas, consumer protection, unfair competition or false booths);
7.10.4 Do not contain defamatory (including commercial defamation), threatening or harassing contents;
7.10.5 Do not contain obscene contents or any child pornography contents;
7.10.6 Do not contain any viruses, disguised destructive programs, computer worms, time bombs or other computer programs that intentionally damage, maliciously interfere with, secretly intercept or usurp any system, data or personal information;
7.10.7 Are not directly or indirectly linked to, or contain descriptions of, the following goods or services:
(i) Goods or services prohibited in these Terms of Service;
(ii) Goods or services to which you have no right to link or include.
7.10.8 Do not use the "Services" in connection with any chain letters, mass unsolicited emails, spam emails or any duplicated or redundant information;
7.10.9 Do not create false email addresses by using the "Services", or attempt to mislead others about the identity of the sender or the source of information in any other form.
7.11 Your use of the Services of the GuTon Platform to provide electronic bulletin board services, including electronic bulletin boards, electronic whiteboards, electronic forums/communities, online chat rooms and message boards and other acts that provide information release conditions for internet users in an interactive form, shall also comply with the provisions of this Clause and the electronic bulletin board service rules to be specially published by Guotong Network. The legal consequences and liabilities described in the preceding paragraph shall also apply to users of electronic bulletin board services.
If your acts are not in compliance with the above-mentioned Terms of Service, Guotong Network shall, in its sole discretion, immediately cancel your service account.
7.12 You shall properly keep your "GuTon Platform" account and password. If your account, password or relevant important data and information are lost due to your fault, you shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom on your own.
7.13 If you use the GuTon Platform to engage in any illegal or infringing acts, you shall bear all the liabilities on your own. If any economic losses are caused to Guotong Network or any third party thereby, you shall be liable for full compensation.
7.14 You shall be legally liable for your acts in the course of using the Services of the GuTon Platform. You understand that if Guotong Network finds that the information transmitted on its website obviously violates any of the contents listed above, Guotong Network is obligated to immediately stop the transmission, keep relevant records, report to the relevant state authorities, and delete the addresses, directories containing such contents or close the servers in accordance with the laws of China.
7.15 If you violate these Terms of Service or the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network, resulting in damages to Guotong Network, its authorized service providers, employees, trustees, agents, other relevant performance assistants or any third party (including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney fees, and fees for actual losses incurred from legal proceedings, administrative procedures, etc.), you shall be liable for compensation for such damages.
8. Rights and Obligations of Guotong Network
8.1 The service contents provided by Guotong Network include but are not limited to text, software, sound, pictures, animations, videos, charts, etc. All such contents are protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law and other relevant property right laws. Without the authorization of Guotong Network or other relevant right holders, you shall not copy, use, modify, extract, translate, distribute such contents or create derivative works related to such contents.
8.2 You authorize Guotong Network to copy, use, modify, extract, translate, distribute the original works provided by you to the Guotong Network system, and permit Guotong Network to use such works free of charge in the relevant media of Guotong Network. The relevant media of Guotong Network include but are not limited to all websites and publications of Guotong Network.
8.3 If you are a free/expired member and have not logged in to your account within three (3) months after registration, Guotong Network has the right to recover and dispose of the right to use the account; Guotong Network shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity for the data attached to the account and other products and services of Guotong Network.
8.4 You permit Guotong Network to send commercial information to you via email or other means.
8.5 Guotong Network shall not be liable to you for any delay in or failure to perform its obligations due to reasons beyond Guotong Network's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, insurrections, acts of war, government acts, breakdown of communication or other facilities or serious casualties.
9. Protection of Your Personal Information and Data
9.1 Guotong Network undertakes to protect your personal information and data. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Service, Guotong Network shall not disclose your registration information and non-public information stored in the Guotong Network system to the public or to any third party.
9.2 Guotong Network owns the ownership of any data (including but not limited to account, usage records and other data) generated and stored in the Guotong Network system in the course of providing Services to you. The information collected by Guotong Network shall become part of Guotong Network's regular business archives and may be transferred to a designated party of Guotong Network due to transfer, merger, acquisition, restructuring and other reasons. Guotong Network agrees to use the collected information in good faith and take various measures to ensure information security.
9.3 Guotong Network may disclose your personal information and data to the public or to any third party in any of the following circumstances:
9.3.1 Complying with legal procedures and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations;
9.3.2 Enforcing these Terms of Service;
9.3.3 Obtaining your express authorization in advance;
9.3.4 In accordance with the requirements of the relevant government competent departments;
9.3.5 For the purpose of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Guotong Network, you and the public, such as the safety of rights, property or personnel.
9.4 To safeguard the legitimate interests of Guotong Network's authorized service providers, if you fail to raise an objection 12 hours after Guotong Network issues a relevant notice to you, Guotong Network has the right to provide your information and data to such authorized service providers. If any damages are caused to you thereby, you may claim rights against such authorized service providers, and Guotong Network shall not be liable for any liabilities.
10. User Code of Conduct
10.1 You shall comply with the requirements of the relevant laws, regulations, rules and other normative documents of the People's Republic of China; comply with the network protocols, provisions and procedures related to network services; comply with these Terms of Service and the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network; and shall not engage in any acts that damage the legitimate interests of the state, Guotong Network and any third party.
10.2 Without permission, you shall not access the computer systems of Guotong Network or other users to browse, add, delete, modify or copy data and information, shall not engage in acts of intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses and any other acts that may damage or affect the stability of Guotong Network's system or other users' computer systems, and shall not use non-manual operation methods such as "flooders" to infringe upon the stability of Guotong Network's system.
10.3 You shall not engage in acts of creating, using or disseminating "private servers", "plug-ins" and other acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of Guotong Network based on the products or services of Guotong Network.
10.4 Without the written consent of Guotong Network, you shall not use the Services provided by Guotong Network to engage in commercial activities such as surveys, booth promotions and sales.
10.5 You shall independently bear the possible legal liabilities for the information released by you in the course of receiving the Services of Guotong Network, and shall not release any illegal information with false, harassing, insulting, threatening, harmful, destructive, provocative, vulgar, obscene or pornographic contents, nor release any information that is contrary to public order and good morals.
10.6 You undertake to promptly inform Guotong Network when you find any possible system vulnerabilities of Guotong Network, and shall not engage in any acts of exploiting such system vulnerabilities.
11. Penalty Rules for User Violations
11.1 You undertake to accept the handling of your violation acts by Guotong Network and agree that Guotong Network may publish the accounts of users who have committed violations. Guotong Network has the right to authorize relevant personnel to exercise the right of management and punishment.
11.2 If you violate these Terms of Service or the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network, Guotong Network has the right to take penalty measures such as interrupting or terminating part of the Services, closing the account and terminating the Services according to the nature and circumstances of your violation, subjective state and harmful consequences, and the aforesaid penalty measures may be applied in combination.
11.3 If you are penalized by Guotong Network or any of its authorized service providers due to a violation, it may affect your login or use of all products and services provided by such authorized service provider and Guotong Network. In particular, if you are subject to penalty measures such as account closure or service termination, you will not be able to log in or use the products and services provided by Guotong Network and its authorized service providers, and Guotong Network and its authorized service providers shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity in this regard.
11.4 Guotong Network is not obligated to notify you before imposing a penalty. Guotong Network shall notify you after imposing a penalty on your violation act, but Guotong Network is not required to give prior or subsequent notice when implementing penalty measures such as interrupting or terminating part of the Services, closing the account and terminating the Services.
11.5 If you are subject to penalty measures such as account closure or service termination due to a violation, Guotong Network shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity for the data attached to your account and other products and services of Guotong Network.
11.6 If you provide false or non-compliant personal registration information, Guotong Network has the right to take measures such as closing the account or terminating the Services, and shall not be liable for any form of refund, fee return, compensation or indemnity to you or any third party.
11.7 If you violate the provisions of Clause 7, Guotong Network has the right to take the measure of terminating the Services, transfer the matter to the relevant state authorities for handling, and pursue your corresponding legal liabilities.
11.8 If your act violates the Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network, Guotong Network shall impose penalties in accordance with the corresponding provisions. If your same act violates several provisions, penalties shall be imposed separately in accordance with the corresponding provisions and may be enforced respectively.
11.9 If you are penalized for a first violation and, within fifteen (15) days from the date of the penalty announcement, you fully realize your mistake, take the initiative to submit a written guarantee in accordance with the requirements of Guotong Network, and permit Guotong Network to publish your written guarantee to the general users, the Customer Service Center of Guotong Network may consider mitigating the penalty at its discretion. This provision shall not apply to users who have committed two or more violations.
12. Disclaimer
12.1 You clearly agree that you shall bear all the risks of using the Services of Guotong Network on your own; all consequences arising from the use of the Services of Guotong Network shall also be borne by you on your own, and Guotong Network shall not be liable for any liabilities to you.
12.2 The Services provided by Guotong Network are subject to risks such as service interruptions or failure to meet your requirements due to force majeure, government regulation, computer viruses or hacker attacks, program vulnerabilities, system instability, network failures, communication line problems and other reasons, and you shall independently bear the aforesaid risks. Guotong Network does not warrant that the provided Services will definitely meet your requirements, nor does Guotong Network make any express or implied warranties for the timeliness, security and accuracy of the Services, and shall not be liable for any loss of your interests that may result therefrom.
12.3 During the operation of the "GuTon Platform" of Guotong Network, there may be conflicts with certain software programs installed and run by you, and Guotong Network shall not be liable for any loss of your interests that may result therefrom.
12.4 Guotong Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages such as damage to computer hardware and software or data loss arising from your use of its Services or inability to use its Services.
12.5 If the works or information uploaded, transmitted, input or provided by you to the Guotong Network system in any other way cause damage to the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, you shall independently bear the liabilities, and Guotong Network shall not be liable for any liabilities.
12.6 You agree that Guotong Network reserves the right to optimize the use of server resources by means including but not limited to server merging, and shall not be liable for any loss of your interests that may result therefrom.
12.7 Any communication or business transaction between you and the booth publishers identified on or through the "Services", or your participation in their promotion activities, including payment for and delivery of relevant goods or services, as well as any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations related to such business transactions, shall only occur between you and such booth publishers. You agree that Guotong Network shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from any such business transactions or the presence of such booth publishers on the "Services". If you intend to create or participate in any services related to any company, stock market, investment or securities through the "Services", or receive or request any news information, alert information or other materials related to any company, stock market, investment or securities through the "Services", please note that Guotong Network shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, availability or profitability of any such materials transmitted through the "Services", nor shall it be responsible or liable for any trading or investment decisions made based on such materials.
12.8 Guotong Network does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the external links set up to facilitate you, and at the same time, Guotong Network shall not be liable for any contents on any web pages pointed to by such external links that are not actually controlled by Guotong Network.
12.9 Under all circumstances, Guotong Network and its authorized service providers shall not be liable for any unforeseeable losses or damages.
13. Assignment
Guotong Network may assign this Agreement without your consent.
14. Governing Law
In the event of any dispute between you and Guotong Network regarding the contents or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where Guotong Network is located.
15. Notices and Service
15.1 Guotong Network shall mainly issue notices by publishing announcements on its websites, forums, notice boards, system information, etc., and the announcements shall be deemed to have been served on the date of publication.
15.2 Under individual circumstances, Guotong Network may issue notices through login prompts, emails, regular mails or telephone calls, but Guotong Network has no obligation to issue individual notices in such a way.
15.3 You undertake to carefully pay attention to the notices of Guotong Network, and Guotong Network shall not be liable for any damages arising from your failure to timely see the notices due to your own reasons.
16. Other Provisions
16.1 This Agreement supersedes any previous written or oral agreements entered into between you and Guotong Network or its authorized service providers in respect of the same matters. All aspects of this Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. The headings of the clauses are for convenience of reference only and do not define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limits of the clauses in any way. Guotong Network's failure to take action against a breach by you or any other person shall not constitute a waiver of Guotong Network's right to take action against any subsequent or similar breaches.
16.2 The Relevant Provisions of Guotong Network have the same effect as these Terms of Service and together constitute a complete agreement between the parties regarding the agreed matters under these Terms of Service and other relevant matters, and you shall comply with them together.
16.3 If any clause in these Terms of Service is invalid in whole or in part, the remaining clauses of these Terms of Service shall still be valid and binding, and you undertake to use your best efforts to make the intent of the parties reflected by such clause effective.
16.4 The final interpretation right of these Terms of Service shall belong to Guotong Network.
